Since your men painted our house 3 years ago, we have told everyone that it was the best paint job we had ever had (we’ve been in this house 29 years).

Several weeks ago, we noticed that the paint on the trim was starting to peel. We did not think this condition should be expected after 3 years. I called and asked you to come look at it, and recommend what should be done to correct it.

Without any excuses or debate, you sent a crew, who not only sanded and repainted the trim, but also repaired and repainted the siding where needed. I was told there would be no charges for this – it was part of your warranty for the contract.

After this experience, Mrs. Williams and I have had our already high opinion of your organization further inflated.

Dear Mr. Honeycutt,

My husband and I wish to take this opportunity to tell you how much we appreciate the fine work and attention to detail that Ruben and his crew gave to the painting of our house. I cannot thank them enough for their care and concern for every part of the painting process. Each worker took such pride in what they did…as if it was their own home that they were painting.

I can honestly say that I have never seen people work harder at a job than these fine people you have hired, and I have been around for six decades. No one asked me to write this letter. I am just so pleased with every single detail of the work done here. We have a cat who is an indoor cat and who would like to sneak outside at any opportunity. Ruben told each new worker who came in to be careful not to let the cat out. Our cat is 16 years old and we would have felt terrible if he got out, but he never did.
